The Media Center

The Media Center of Adamson University is the place where the students of Bachelor of Arts major in Mass Communication fully develop their capabilities especially in production. The Media Center is for the exclusive use of Mass Communication students. It helps every student to understand the field of media. This laboratory is a studio-type venue where Radio, TV, and drama workshop are held. 

The center has a film editing facility where the students with the professor's guide edit their TV films before actual film presentation. The venue becomes a place of diverse interrelated mass communication activities meant to hone the student’s skills in their chosen field of expertise. It is design as what in a studio should see. It has a stage, comfortable seats and radio booth for the technical process.

No wonder Mass Comm graduates achieve their success. It is the witness of all the things happen in a Mass Communication student.

I don't have any new technological gadgets but the only thing I have right now is a mobile communication which is a cherry mobile phone. It is not too expensive but enough to use.

              I can easily communicate with my friends and classmates because it’s a dual sim active. My family especially my mother knows where I am in just one text. When I’m stress, I spend my time by listening to its MP3 feature. It has a lot of useful function like calendar, making notes, alarm clock, timer and calculator. I can download straightforward my pictures into my face book by connecting the USB connection. It can carry everywhere. The most important it helps me seek help immediately during emergency cases.

            No doubt, our mobile phone makes our life more convenient either mine too, but as the saying goes every technology has its equal negative side and mobile phones are not so special to be exempted. Here are some disadvantages; first mobile phone makes it easier to invade privacy.

To be understanding it affects our body because of radiation it produces and
easily broken to be broken. It disturbs me on studies like when my friend’s text for nonsense it loses my concentration. I often incomplete my words in my text the reason I forget the value of spelling. Actually there’s one instance happen in my life. I text my friend like this: “bhe? Where are you? I’m waiting.” Guess what? I text it into my special love one and he gets mad at me because we call each other “mine” not “bhe”. Imagine it takes me for a long week to explain it to him. It’s funny but it serious thing happen in my life because of my mobile phone.

            In the end, I hope you can weigh either me too the advantages and the disadvantages I have mentioned and happens in my life to help use mobile phone in a responsible manner.
Humans created mobile phones and it is all up to our control... Handle it with safety and in a reasonable manner.
